This seems to be an encoding issue. The site (e.g., ITmedia) likely uses Shift_JIS, but the permanent copy feature seems to fail to render it correctly, possibly assuming it is UTF-8.

We improved permanent copy generation for non-UTF8 charsets. Let me know if you find any other issue.
All existing incorrect permanent copies will be regenerated in next few hours
