When Raindrop.io is available in the macOS share menu, it'll become easier to add different items to Raindrop.io.
I know there's the Safari extension, but that's just for web-links.

I am adding my support for this. Bring back the share sheet extension which used to exist but is still needed.

This is what's holding me back from being able to use Raindrop fulltime. Please please please add this as it's standard in pretty much every other read-it-later app.

Especially with Reeder’s new version dropping, the ability to share to the Raindrop.io app would be really helpful, at least until they add some level of integration on their side. Overall it would be beneficial if we had more than just browser extension solutions for further app integrations.

Would love to see this available asap. It's this and a offline mode that would have me eliminate pocket from my life.

I realize that the most common use case is saving something to Raindrop from the web browser. But most of us also spend a lot of time navigating social media from dedicated apps. For myself, this used to be primarily Twitter, and now it's mostly Mastodon and Reddit.
The friction required to copy a link, paste it into a browser, and then save it to Raindrop from there means that 99% of the time I will not bother, which means Raindrop is growing increasingly useless for me without this basic feature.
I would love to see some feedback from the developer as to why this essential feature has not been added yet after being repeatedly requested for years. I think this should be a standard option on ALL Mac apps. It's been 8 YEARS and we're still waiting.
Is there some technical reason why this is difficult to implement?

Hi,
I found raindrop can't integrate to native share menu in macOS too, maybe you guys need add sharing support like omnivore do?
I use raindrop for a while and also tried omnivore, but the beautiful interface of raindrop kept me using it.
Please, I really need this feature because I can't share to raindrop directly from reeder, which is a big part in my workflow.

Current workaround:
Pocket's app in macOS supports sharesheet.
I hooked up Pocket and Raindrop in IFTTT so that whatever I saved to Pocket is sent to Raindrop.
So now I can just click Pocket in macOS' sharesheet and it will seamlessly show up in Raindrop.

Having this would enable me to save to Raindrop from my RSS feed reader, Reeder.
