I would like somthing like Are.na export: .webloc file for bookmark, specific file format for images and pdf.

Also need this - to be able to export nested collection folder info (current collection, parent collection, etc - complete path to the root) together with the Title, Url, Description, ThumbnailUrl, Tags, CreatedAt
and Domain info thats currently available in IFTTT...

I like the idea of having a JSON with image links or even image base64 encoded (why not both) than with whatever tool it becomes easy to turn this json file into yaml, markdown, csv whatsoever format you like.
I would agree that any structured format that most programming language support is an option (XML, Yaml, JSON, ...) but I have a preference for JSON as it is easy to read for humans (once formatted) and one of the most easy to use without any additional library in many languages.
