Merge bookmarks for two pages that have different Anchor URL suffixes but are actually the same page

Many pages have a table of contents and headings. When clicked, they will jump to that location and the URL will change.
But they are actually identical pages and should be kept as one in Raindrop.io, with their URL suffixes ignored.
For examle:

I would like the option to do this with various pages on the same website or to connect the pages in some way. The notes section would be a million times more useful if you could use it across a whole site. E.g., If you have a coupon code saved for an online shop, you could save that in the notes and be reminded of it next time you go there, even if you don't go to the exact same page.

It would be amazing if the user could have an option to keep or remove the URL parameters/anchors when saving the page, and the default value of this option could be defined in the global settings.
It would leave the flexibility to open a bookmarked page straight to a specific anchor/title if activated, or load the page from the top if not.

I think this feature request is similar to what's requested here: https://raindropio.canny.io/feature-requests/p/simplified-url

This is particularily annoying with websites that dynamically add a #chapter-title-anchor at the end of the URL for each title (h1, h2, h3...) as you scroll down a page article.
Healthline.com is a good example of those sites, check-out this article for example: https://www.healthline.com/health/symptoms-of-vitamin-b-deficiency
In my opinion, whatever comes after the #anchor suffix of the URL should be removed from the page link saved by Raindrop.io.
This is so frustrating to see that a Raindrop bookmark is not recogniesed when revisiting a page that was inadvertently saved with an #anchor in its URL.
It also makes the highlighting feature totally useless on those kind of websites, as highlights would disapear as you scroll down the page, because Raindrop thinks it's another page just because the #anchor part of the URL changes.

Theyre the same page but in long pages, having the ability to quickly jump to certain content is actually useful. This is especially true for websites whos entire content is on just one page/url.
There should however indeed should be a way to quick filter/return all such "duplicates" of a page. Maybe an auto populated "related bookmarks" dropdown or "linked pages" etc.
