Summarize / Translate feature
Pascal Wicht
I need a way to generate on request a summary of an article.
Something like https://www.scholarcy.com/ integrated into Raindrop would be amazing.
In terms of going beyond bookmark management and moving more towards knowledge management and knowledge generation, such a feature would be extremely valuable.
Obviously it would imply an advanced subscription price.

Add option to translate an article to your language

Something like InoReader's option to translate an article in the browser to your own language using third party translation services would be excellent. Would help with all the Chinese/French/Russian sites that I have to use from time to time for my research.

While 'Note' field of the Web extension can be used to add the AI summary of the article but having the power of AI summarization inside the app will mean we can create summary while processing all bookmarked articles without need to switch to any other AI app.

Yes, that would be great, and auto-tagging would be quite useful too.

I can't believe this hasn't been implemented yet.

This would be a game changer!

I just posted requesting integration with Readwise Reader. The Ghostreader feature would be awesome for this. An integration option could potentially work as a substitute for building in a native summarizing feature.
