Raindrop's Broken links feature currently does not recognise broken links on Twitter. This includes deleted tweets, account suspensions, private accounts, etc.

Note that Raindrop already has some logic for recognising broken Twitter links, because it displays a warning when viewing a deleted tweet in Raindrop's web app.
