Dynamic re-layout tagging window makes using it frustrating

The animation and dynamic resizing of the tagging panel in the Chrome extension is frustrating.
Right now, the list of suggested tags will expand past one line when you hover over them.
And if your mouse happens to dip just slightly below the last row of suggested tags, then the suggested tag section collapses back to one line.
This makes it hard to select a tag. It's like trying to play whack-a-mole.
Suggestion: Either add a delay to the collapse event or don't collapse once expanded.

In browser extension, suggested tags push the Save button down after the rest of the form has rendered
Tomas Apodaca
I save links by clicking the raindrop browser extension, then clicking the Save button in the form that pops up. The new AI-suggested tags are rendering a fraction of a second after the rest of the form, which causes the save button to be pushed down 28 pixels. This causes me to miss clicking the button, or requires me to re-target the button, which is annoying. Please either render the form with space for the suggestions already accounted for, or allow me to opt-out of tag suggestions. Thank you!
