When bookmarking a new site, the title and description must be 'loaded'. This can sometimes take up to ~10 seconds. If I choose a collection or type a note before the title and description are fully loaded, those edits are reverted once the load finishes (note is cleared, collection goes back to the default). I mostly notice this on PC, but it has happened on iOS as well.
