Hotkey for adding a bookmark not working in Vivaldi

Just installed Vivaldi browser and set the hotkey to Cmd+Shift+D and it's not working.
Right clicking and selecting the option in the context menu works.  Hotkey for opening the app works.  Just not the one to save a bookmark.
Works in Chrome.

I think this can be closed as it's a bug with Vivaldi
(ex: https://www.reddit.com/r/vivaldibrowser/comments/lwh921/keyboard_shortcuts_not_working_with_extensions/) 
Setting the shortcut to global made the modal open(meaning even if I use it outside the browser it still fires...)  
Might be worth noting in your docs that Vivaldi has issues with the hotkeys.
