Multiple Gmail links shouldn't count as duplicates

I often will bookmark and email and now I have 200+ "duplicates" as a result of this. It'd be great if Gmail links with different queries weren't counted as dups.
I guess this means that url queries would have to be treated differently, in general, for dups. Or maybe you could just whitelist certain domains, like Gmail, and url queries on these domains wouldn't count as dups. I guess there are a few possibilities for how to handle and I think a number of other people have written about this in different ways so perhaps this should be merged into those.

Gmail links are not counted as duplicates. Now fixed

If it makes sense to continue to ignore url queries for most people it might be nice to also have some method to ignore some duplicates like this, selectively, when a URL query is actually a unique page -- like in the abovementioned slideshow example.

Issue example: There are times when you may be on a slideshow that will be like mydomain.com/article/?slide=14 and be like mydomain.com/article/?slide=27 and you want to bookmark these two and not have them be created as duplicates.
Any method to achieve this?
Currently, because URL queries are ignored it doesn't look like this is possible.
