no cached version of website

I've cached a website https://www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/um-cyber-attack-symposium-%E2%80%93-lessons-learnt however there's no cached version of this site, only an error message saying it can only save shortcuts with the http or https protocol. Which this site clearly has.

Unfortunately we can't cache this website, they block automated bots.
In the future I plan to use some sort of proxies to step over this problem.
