Some websites will redirect and save erroneous URLs. For instance, the URL saved is wrong when the URL you are visiting detects you are logged out and thus the title and URL will be complete different. This is really painful.

There's still lot of these similar errors on medium articles. I guess it happens much more frequently with medium articles, though permanent copies save just fine.

I tried to add valid URL of a Medium article but in preview I got 404 error, and Title of URL was just "Medium" not the article title.
and I have this issue for Google searches too, instead of search title, URL title is just "Google"
