Regardless of what I search for, I get screen with car cartoon & message "Error Refresh." Doing so accomplishes nothing. "Contact Us" says you'll be back online tomorrow.

Here's the latest update from a raindrop.io email received in the morning today 12/18/2023. TLDR: "... restoring full-text search will take more time and is expected to be completed by the end of the week."

I'm getting that nothing is found despite being able to very clearly see the item being searched for is visible. Agree--breaks the product usefulness.

Search and all 'Filters' Shortcuts in the left menu (favorites, tags, etc) are not working for me but do not return this error specifically... when clicked I just get a message stating "Nothing found in All Bookmarks"

Hi,
I thought it was only me... The same here.
I can't access my tags. I'm logged in, and I can see all my bookmarks, but when I click the filters or tags in the left menu, raindrop gives me an Error page (the cat in the TV) with a text that says Refresh but when I click it nothing happens.
The same happens when I try to use the search box at the top of the page. No matter what I write into it, when I hit enter I get the above error page. The only thing working is clicking on All bookmarks and Unsorted. It then gives me the list. BTW all other functions are working like adding bookmark, checking preview, editing bookmark.
I tried to refresh the page, restart my browser, cleared cookies and cache, but nothing helped.
I noticed that it only happens when when there is a special character in the URL (hashtag, colon). Maybe it is something with the URL routing?

My Google Chrome is outdated but I can't update it unless I upgrade my OS to at least 10.15

Chaneee: identical here. I cannot see a single bookmark when looking at tags, which is the only thing I use to organize them.
