Allow for upload via drag/drop of .url and .webloc
planned

When migrating from other sites such as Dropmark or Are.na all the bookmarks are stored as a collection of .webloc or .url. It would be fantastic to be able to drag/drop/upload these to a collection.

It would be useful to be able to import/export batches of links in *.url file format, as it is the default format from drag-and-dropped links in firefox

Yes, on Windows I also have a desktop covered with .url files I'd love to drag into Raindrop.io.

Another vote for this. My desktop is covered with .webloc files and I can't drag + drop them. I can drag sites right into Raindrop, but can't drag these files there.

In my case, I have 10's of years of bookmarks stored as .webloc files in my dropdox because of the ease of dragging a url from the browser to my download folder and using hazel to sort them. I'd like to get everything into Raindrop.io.
