Archive bookmarks

It would be nice to archive read bookmarks, so we can track what was read and what's on the reading list.

Definitely the biggest missing feature for me at the moment. Archived/"Read" bookmarks could exist in the same folder as unarchived ones, but be faded, and could be showable/hidable like how Pocket Casts (an excellent podcatching app) manages archiving episodes.

Now I put those I read in a "read" folder. Also, whenever I add something to my Raindrop that I need to read or see, I add a tag which starts with "0" so I can quickly activate it with suggested tags: "#0-to-see-or-read".
When I am done reading, I remove the tag and move the bookmark either in a folder if this is something I will come back to at some point, or in my read folder. This way the bookmark is not lost, but there is little chance I'll read it again in the future, it just helps for tracking.

Bump. This is a fundamental feature of late Pocket. You could put the archive button on the bottom menu bar (while in article view) in stead of the useless back button (at least on Android).
You could also put an additional archive button at the bottom of the article view - just like Pocket did.

This would be great. Way more convenient and efficient than my current system of dragging to an Archive folder.

This would be of great help. Even as a paid feature (?)

Just started using this after the Pocket shutdown announcement - ready to jump to a paid plan, but need this feature first so I can easily find something new to read - any update on this?

Idk, make an Archive folder to throw them in to? That's what I've always done

nedrosen I would rather just a single button to click on.

The feature I miss the most from Pocket :( it was so easy to manage links while keeping them saved if needed.
