This feature request about notes attached to bookmarks only!
Be sure that I'm not talking about separate notes. I do not plan to compete with note taking apps. There so many great ones already. I don't want to invest so much time to compete with them.
I don't want to shift focus from main thing - bookmarks. Good products make one thing, but do it great.

I am suggesting a feature that I believe would significantly enhance the experience: a dedicated or more elaborate note-taking section alongside each saved bookmark. While the current “description” field is useful, having a separate, more robust space for taking and organizing notes—such as key points, personal thoughts, or summaries—would be extremely valuable.
This feature could help users better contextualize their saved content and turn Raindrop.io into a more powerful research and knowledge management tool.

Readwise - Bookmark Notes do not sync

Currently highlights and annotations (notes on highlights) sync to Readwise through the integration.
Actual bookmark notes do not sync to Readwise (unless I'm missing something).
Please upgrade the Readwise integration to include Bookmark Notes (not just highlights and annotations).

Description's text length - please, remove the limit

In the description of the bookmark, you can only add text up to 600 characters.
Every time I want to add a larger description to the bookmark, it is deleted and replaced with three dots. I need to type larger descriptions, please remove the limit of the text length!

often just saving a link/image/social media is not enough, as we might lose context later on, so it would be cool if in the chrome extension we got a separate section to add a few lines of notes to anything we're saving

Would like when saving a bookmark to write why I saved it.

Nice feature, but not very practical. I rarely can see my full note... when I edit a bookmark, I cannot see the note in "presentation mode" (but edit mode), when browsing my list, I just can see the first rows, so I can note in fact see the note.
I think you could make "presentation mode" the default view when you click bookmark, and then when clicking the note, changing for edit mode

Thanks a lot for this feature. But ... "Please copy and paste your old notes from description field to the new note field. It's not required by highly recommended." ... I collected more then 4000 bookmarks so far. For many of them I used the description as a notice field before ... it's hard to copy them manually.
Is there any possbility to copy them "bulk"?

I have too many note-taking apps to want another one. Raindrop is perfect the way it is. Bookmark notes will help a lot, because sometimes I am just brainstorming late night hours and just one to keep some quick notes for a few websites I save. Thank you!
