Catergories And Layering In Bookmark View (Kanban Board Bookmarks)

I suggest to add another layer of sorting/ layering in the actual bookmark view (view that contains the bookmarks) using either Tags for sorting or even better creating another custom definable category layer (bookmark status). Basically creating a Kaban board for the bookmarks in the bookmark view.
Using another bookmark status layer would make it possible to sort the bookmark inside their status still by tags.
I added some screenshots from clickup and a quick wireframe drawing to illustrate the Idea.
All bookmark systems stop at folder -> subfolder -> sub sub folder->...-> item structure.
Adding another layer of sorting at the item level, and Item Status, like its done in project management system would greatly improve the ablity to organise and categorise bookmarks.
This can be achieved with folders and subfolders as well but loses the visibility of the bookmark view.
I also suggest the ability to drag and drop bookmarks between these categories. Same as in project management systems where you can drag a task from open to progress to done.
A simple example for a category:
Unread
Read
or sort by importance:
Read Now
Read Next
Read Someday
Also adding categories that you would normally make a folder for. But some of the categories only contain 1 bookmark and thus would clutter up your sidebar.
You can now have an advanced sorting mechanism for your bookmarks.
For team collaboration this creates a next level opportunity.
Creating the ability of a to do list like chain to manage content for teams the work on content creation.
Think of extracting content from bookmarks in a team with categories like:
Review
In Review
Content Extracted

Statuses and kanban board
nikatyutkina
It's not enough to assign statuses to bookmarks (learn/learn/studied or create your own statuses, as in notion) and be able to view something like a kanban board with bookmarks that have these statuses. This will help you not give up studying large materials and have an up-to-date picture of working with bookmarks at hand. It is not very convenient to add appropriate tags, as they are mixed with other semantic tags. Statuses are a different entity.
