Minimal UI without screenshot thumbnail images and icons. Just plain B/W text and lots of uncluttering white space.

Ability to not show image screenshots or thumbnails of the bookmarks. I would love to see just a clean list of text (as in Pinboard link manager). Also would be great to hide the folder icons. All this pictures and icons are making the User Interface too cluttered and it makes more chaos than help organize. A good choice would be to let us choose a more minimal UI without icons and images, just text, white space with Material-Design-like very clean interface.

Minimal Material Design B/W icons or ability to not have icons at all!

Icons might be nice but when you have a lot of folders with all this different shaped and colored icons, it makes the UI too cluttered and noisy. Maybe if icons where all just grey, minimal (B/W) and designed with the same concept (as Material Design) wouldn't make such a mess of the UI. Also I would rather not to have icons at all and let us have a neater and cleaner interface with more white space and just text (eg: Pinboard).

This should be optional. Personally, I would like to keep some icons and completely remove others, as indeed it soon becomes confusing/saturating.

Kent Løset: Yes, it is indeed a big problem that users are not allowed revert to the default icon. I would even prefer am option to delete icon and not show icon at all! Just a neat list of minimal Plain Text.

Note: headline view on iPad is actually list view

Also any defined collection setting should be consistent across all devices

Providing a "Default View" parameter would be ideal (List, Headlines, Cards, Moodboard) - so all new collections would adhere to the default view

icons are pretty and can be useful but when you have more than 10 collections they become noise cluster and make reading through them much harder, option to turn them off would be much appreciated.

It's already possible to hide covers. Also try to enable "Headlines" view mode, it super minimal view mode
