Most important for me is offline support for reading articles, otherwise I don't have a reason to stay

Yes please, I was coming here to request functionality similar to pocket and instapaper - raindrop seems to have the fatures already (bookmarking, snapshotting pages), though having the actual functionality would be ideal -
ie.
- tag a page "read later" or similar
- A snapshot of the page is taken (wit hte option of snapshotting the "Read only" text and images (and removing ads, menus etc).
- When using Raindrop on a device (such as an ereader), it downloads all of the "read later" bookmarks for offline reading (eg on a plane).
This would be fantastic!

One more vote for offline support 🤗👍🏻
Saving new links/pages (which are, for example, just opened in the browser) should also be possible offline.

Pocket refugee here, would love full offline support, would even be willing to pay for it.

Pocket - which can be used offline - is closing and i would use raindrop in a nanosecond if it had offline functionality. Right now, I'm just testing raindrop but doesn't look like I'll stay without offline.

currently use instapaper to view articles I save on Raindrop; offline reading would be a massive improvement

Another vote for offline article reading 👍🏻

Please please please. This is the reason I paid for a license, to provide a voice and funds for full offline copies to read. I just got back from international travels and wanted to read my articles on the plane but couldn't.
