For such a tool, offline is mandatory (at for pro). Since this is request from many users, and is under review , is there an ETA for this ?

Offline read only mode (on all platforms) would be a great halfway point here.
Reading the articles and adding links offline would all be nice to haves, but I really do think offline read only would be a first essential step in the right direction for usability.
It is indeed a shame that you can't use raindrop at all offline (on any platform). Thankfully not all access is lost if you have automatic exports enabled (a pro feature) you can look at the most recently generated csv file. Although it's less than ideal, it could be a lifesaver in certain circumstances.
Regarding no offline access as a whole, it's just concerning for people who rely on Raindrop that all their data is completely dependent upon the Raindrop servers if they don't have automatic backups enabled (a pro feature). The lack of offline access to just see your links (not even articles) really doesn't give the users of Raindrop any peace of mind.

When you are offline, you can't use raindrop. I hope you can add links offline and synchronize when you have a network.

I wish so badly for offline save, like in Dropbox, where you can choose what to save to device.

If this were added as a Pro-only feature, I'd pay for Pro.

given the numbers of people willing to pay for this (myself included), maybe you should consider prioritizing it...
