The csv backup/download is fine, but since it's a custom format, other tools don't recognize the adhoc columns like "tags". If the backup was opml, it's likely other tools would pull in the tags, which would make the backup much more useful.

This seems slightly lop-sided b/c iirc raindrop does have an opml import, which is how I imported my links in from pinboard.
