Permanent Copy for bookmark thumbnails
BarnMTB
Sometimes, websites go 404. Permanent Copy helps with that.
But the bookmark will still miss a thumbnail when the webpage go offline, even if it has a permanent copy.
It's strange that I can have a permanent copy of a whole web page to read from, but the thumbnail will still be missing.
Bookmarks without thumbnails are just harder to recognize.
So it'd be great if bookmark thumbnails were saved as part of Permanent Copy, so that in case the website go offline the bookmark will still have thumbnail which is faster & easier to recognize.

When saving a link from a site a nice feature would be to have the option to save the thumbnail that auto loads with it so that is doesn't disappear over time. Right now the only way to stop image thumbnails disappearing is download and upload them yourself. Which is far too time consuming. A toggle option like in the attached mockup would be nice.

Use Permanent Copy Screenshot as Cover w/ Bulk Option

Many anti-bot protection sites prevent Raindrop from generating a cover image. Permanent Copy already contains a clean server-side screenshot for each item, but Raindrop doesn’t currently let me use that screenshot as the bookmark cover.
If possible:
A “Use Permanent Copy Screenshot as Cover” action in the bookmark menu, and ideally a bulk option (e.g., “Set covers from Permanent Copies for all bookmarks in this collection”)
Solves the problem where covers can’t be generated due to anti-bot pages, and would make the PRO Plan more inviting.
