This would be a helpful feature so that you won't have to remember where every bookmark you deleted came from when trying to restore them. When you would click restore, the bookmark would go back to the folder you deleted it from

In addition to that, it would be great if we can also restore collections.

same happened to me; duplicate was already in the Trash so I deleted both.. another point:
steps:
i. Remove a bookmark
ii. Edit the bookmark from Trash
iii. Select 'Remove from Trash'
Where did the bookmark go?
^ misunderstood this for 'Restore' but I can't find the bookmark anymore.

Please add an UNDO feature, or at least the ability to RESTORE items from Trash! I just deleted some duplicates and realised that it was one of the deleted copies that was the only one which had a permanent copy saved (the website no longer exists), and now I have no way to retrieve that information ever again :-(
