Save always to Unsorted as default
complete
Jan Kužel
I have this problem, in most cases I want to save a bookmark to Unsorted, but occasionally I know right away where I want to save it, so I edit my last add in the chrome plugin to category I want, but next time I add a another bookmark, it adds it to the last one I selected.
Please have an option, to always save to Unsorted as a default, no matter what last category I hand selected on my last save.

This does not works for me in Firefox on Windows 10. Collection resets to last saved and not unsorted. Would be great to see a toggle button in settings which has unsorted and last saved option.. rather then clicking on new tab and selecting the collection (too hard to remember this always)
Help Page says this:
The Unsorted is your default collection in Raindrop.io. When you add an item, it goes straight to your Unsorted unless you specify that the item goes into a specific collection.
This collection is useful to temporarily put new items in it and sort them later.

How does this work? I always have to click twice within the Chrome extension. There doesnt seem to be an option to "one-click-save" but yet this posts marks this feature as "complete". Why is that?

Oh, I found it. You have to use the "Clipper" and not the "mini App" within Raindrop (https://help.raindrop.io/browser-extension). Would be nice if this works at the "mini App" too but at least I have now found a way to one-click-save.

I'd prefer you to be able to choose your own "default" collection that it auto-selects when you save new links.

this is pretty nice but I'd like to have an option to save to the latest collection as well

How can a user revert to the previous behavior, which was VASTLY superior? The settings pane has remarkably few options.

Rustem Mussabekov: You said that it's the default behavior, yet mine still saves to the last folder I had opened?

Merged in a post:
a one-click button to save to unsorted

Right now you have to open the window, choose the collection (if you used something other than unsorted last time), and then add the bookmark. Would be nice to have one button like regular bookmarks and pocket.

This would be very helpful for users, like me, that come from Instapaper.
