When clicking on the raindrop icon, focus on the search bar

Instead of clicking on the icon or use the hotkey and start searching for bookmark, you need to click on the search bar because it is not focused. slows down work and pretty annoying

Add shortcut for quick open extension search

I am using both browser bookmark + raindrop. I usually put lots of reference stuff in raindrop so that I will quick check the reference doc or book while coding. I am wondering if it is possiable to add a shortcut to quickly open the search bar of raindrop while using browser. Now I use cmd+shift+E to activate the extension, then click the search bar to find reference. It is basically two steps. So it would be great if I have a shortcut and immediately show the search bar.

Lots of people request syncing between Raindrop and their browser, but I believe the solution for this lies elsewhere.
Based on the pinned comment from Rusteen: https://better.raindrop.io/feature-requests/p/full-sync-with-chrome-and-safari
I believe most people are asking about this feature (at least that's why I searched for this topic after installing and loving Raindrop) because it's currently very "clunky" to search and open a bookmark with the current implementation.
The native way (that I could find) is to create a shortcut in the extension to "show the sidebar." After doing that, I can start typing immediately (which is good), but to select the option I want, I need to either use my mouse or press the Tab key 3 to 5 times to select the item. Also most of the time the sidebar is not "big enough", so the UI is broken unless I expand the bar., if I click out, the side-bar closes, but that's not the behavior on Chrome(from my tests)
If we could come up with a way to have a "quick" search that, when I trigger the shortcut, opens a window where I can start typing, and if the first result is the one I desire, I just press "Enter" to open it in a new tab, I believe everyone would be happy.
Sorry if this has already been discussed.

Instant Search on Browser Extension
Paul Boag
When you trigger the browser extension with "control R" it should focus the cursor in the search box so you can instantly start searching for a bookmark without having to first select search.
