Add Russian language for Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian and other users

Add language settings to Japanese then we can use Raindrop in Japanese.

Instead of "Wszystkio zakładki" there should be "Wszystkie zakładki"

Add Chinese Traditional for Taiwan, Hong Kong and other chinese comunities

I suppose that translations are made by default translation, not a real person... It makes much confusion by users because one word in English can have different meanings and context in other languages. For example, I couldn't find how to change it, because the translation of "Settings" was very strange. Invest for real translator or let us select the language before using the app.
