It's not the first time it has happened to me. Since yesterday, I only can see the bookmarks I have saved, but not the images, as you can see in the provided image. I have cleared the cache and tried opening in other browsers but the problem persists Any help would be appreciated.

Since yesterday thumbnails are not shown in browser extension, desktop app and even phone app. Refreshing preview not working, reimporting all bookmarks not working, adding new bookmark also shows blank preview.

Unlike PDF, no cover is shown for ePub uploaded to Raindrop. Please display ePub book cover as cover in Raindrop.

When I use the raindrop extension in Google Chrome (last version), it does not remember the last collection I added the bookmark. It always use Inbox. So if I want to add bookmarks to the same collection three times in a row I have to navigate all my collections. In Opera everything works fine, but I want to use Chrome as my browser.

Getting a "fail_fetch_status" when I try to upload an image on the desktop app, or bookmark an image via the browser on both desktop and mobile. Reinstalled the app to no avail.

Hi, I would like to report an issue with saving pages from nicovideo.jp (NicoNico, Japanese video platform). Summary of the problem: Until around September 2025, Raindrop.io was able to correctly fetch both the page title and the thumbnail from nicovideo.jp video URLs. Currently, when saving a video URL such as: https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/XXXXXX the title field becomes just “ニコニコ” instead of the actual video title. The thumbnail is also not fetched anymore. Refreshing the preview does not fix the issue. What I confirmed: The page does contain valid OGP tags (og:title, og:image), confirmed via browser DevTools. However, Raindrop.io seems to receive different HTML than what the browser shows. It is possible that nicovideo.jp started serving different content to crawlers or changed how OGP tags are delivered (e.g., inserted via JavaScript). Expected behavior: Raindrop.io should fetch the correct video title and thumbnail from nicovideo.jp , just like it does for YouTube and other video platforms. If needed, I can provide additional URLs or raw HTML responses. Thank you!

Hello, The search works randomly or not at all. Not all bookmarks seem to be affected by the search. Is there an adjustment to do? Thanks for your feedback,
